Mind Blade is a game about a vigilante trying to restore balance to the streets using his trusty knife. The theme was "Sharp Balance."
Description:
You are a Super Hero... at least you think you are. Take on the role of Mind Blade, a vigilante with the power to control knives with his mind. Fight to maintain the balance between good and evil.
Kill criminals in the name of justice and murder cops to maintain the balance. Watch out for civilians as the lines between right and wrong become blurred when justice is served to those who are undeserving of it. See our entry here.

Hex Thief is a game about a Witch trying to steal the RGB colours from other TV channels to colour her own.
The game ties to the theme by shifting between TV channels, each with their own themes to obtain various items. These help you gain a red, green and blue gem to progress through the game and restore colour back to the Witch's TV channel.

Finding Your Roots is a platformer game developed over a 48 hour period during the Global Game Jam 2023 hosted Teesside University.
The theme was "Roots," our small team of 3 Designers put together this short but sweet & fun little game about a Sunflower seed finding somewhere to plant its roots. Our inspiration was taken from Jump King.

Boxed is a top-down puzzle-based escape the room style game.
This was a Teesside University module where as a group we were instructed to created a game with two main objectives. The first was that the player character had to be a cube, and the other was to include some form of accessibility feature.
We were a team of 7 consisting of 5 Designers and 2 Programmers. My role on the team was Lead & Sound Designer (as well as providing technical assistance for the team).
About the game:
-Premise: A package trying to escape a Warehouse before their delivery slot.
-Genre: Top-down camera. Physics-based stealth, evasion & escape game.
-Gameplay loop: Avoid, move & destroy objects disable security measures until you can escape.
-Accessibility: Colour blind & visual clarity through visual indicators.

Project Enigma First-Person Puzzle style escape the room game.
This is my final year project in which I created a series of puzzles around pattern recognition using one mechanic.
When the platforms are highlighted in orange, they soon become fatal if the player does not jump off of them immediately. The project resolves around timing your jumps correctly to traverse the jumping puzzles.

Yoink: Museum Heist - Thigh High Wellies

Yoink: Museum Heist is an arcade style multiplayer-game. which has up to four players complete mini-games all to earn score for final level - an all-out brawl with the score earned prior serving as health.
This was a group module in the final year of the undergraduate in which a team of 20 people were required to design & create a game from scratch. Our team consisted of Designers, Artists, an Animator and Programmers.
The game supports up to four players who compete in mini-games to earn scores which becomes their health in the game's final level - an all-out brawl! This project was a lot of fun to work on, and taught me a lot about party games as well as how to manage & liaise with multiple disciplines.

Diablo: Desolation of Ikari - Schwifty Studios
{Group - Unreal Engine 4}
Diablo: Desolation of Ikari is a altered top-down isometric camera puzzle game with heavy Japanese culture and Shinto shrines influence.
For the Journeyman module as a group of 20 we were required to create a vertical slice of an existing game, and Diablo is the game we chose.
My role on the project was Lead Level Designer as well as creating Design conceptualisation & documentation alongside the Lead Designer Rhiannon Grace.
